Matt Yaari- Cofounder

Hi! My name is Matt, and in many ways I have been a caregiver my whole life. I was 10 years old when my little sister was born, and I always loved taking care of her. It was the first time I was responsible for the wellbeing of another person and it was a transformative growth experience for me. I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2012, with a degree in Brain Behavior and Cognitive Sciences. After graduating, I worked as a caregiver, providing assistance to Senior Citizens. Working with seniors felt very natural for me, and I loved learning about their life stories. In 2014 I accepted a position as City Operations Manager for a hospitality startup company. After managing properties in Miami and New York for several years, I moved back to Michigan to be closer to my family. I decided to use the skills I had developed working for a startup company, and apply them towards creating an exquisite senior care service in my home town.

Guy Lavi- Cofounder

Hi, my name is Guy! I am happiest when I can be of service to others. After studying Biology at Eastern Michigan University, I completed the Huron Valley Ambulance EMT program. I spent the next two years operating an ambulance, responding to medical emergencies, as well as training and mentoring new staff members. I advanced my career by completing my paramedic licensing, and working at the U of M Hospital emergency room. After working for over a decade as an emergency responder, I’ve learned that I’m at my best when I can be there for others in their time of need. Additionally, I am a certified advanced cardiac life support instructor, which gives me the chance to do another of my favorite things – teaching! Caring for the elderly has cemented for me the importance of spending time with the people I love. I am grateful for the opportunities my team and I have to work with you and your loved ones — an inspiring and fulfilling career, to be sure.
